Buying Condominiums

The South Florida Condo Market has experienced rapid growth in a short amount of time. Flourishing with gorgeous luxury condominiums being built throughout the city of Miami and Broward County. The towering beauties in the sky are attracting Condo Buyers from Florida and all over the world. But, the question is do Condo Buyers and their Lock-and-go lifestyles know what they should expect when owning a condominium?

 

The condominium lifestyle is very attractive to many home buyers who are busy professionals or retirees, who want to be in a good location, but do not want to pay the higher price for a single-family house. They have less maintenance and upkeep. No mowing lawns, raking leaves, replacing broken windows. You are generally responsible for only your interior. Also, the HOA usually offers luxurious amenities and the grounds are often resort-like: swimming pools, gyms, spas, clubhouses, BBQ areas, volleyball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, jogging trails, laundry facilities and more.

 

Although the thought of buying a Condo seems like an easy choice for some. It is important for Condo Buyers to do their homework, before making the decision to buy a unit. Below in Figure 10, are 20 questions  to ask when buying a condo.
